При обращении к сайту (ASP.NET, IIS) открывается жёлтый экран смерти с исключением:

Я знаю, что это баяническая ситуация — сам уже сталкивался с ней несколько раз. И каждый раз помогают разные средства. Есть ли какое-то универсальное решение этой проблемы?
